General Motors Corp. has clinched a deal to vend its Hummer truck to Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machinery, the two firms have confirmed. The Chinese privately owned company will acquire the truck brand which is considered GM's symbol of commitment to giant gas-guzzling Suburban Utility Vehicles.
