Submitted by Watch Cars on December 19, 2008 – 5:32 pmNo Comment

Hyundai i20Hyundai is really all set to launch their one of the hot hatchback after Hyundai i10. Hyundai will be launching Hyundai i20 on 28th of december, 2008. There is a confusion going on if Hyundai i20 will be powered by 1.4L DOHC block or 1.6L DOHC block as sources claimed 1.4L DOHC block but few sources also proved that Hyundai i20 is there with 1.6L DOHC block under it’s hood, sharing the same engine used in Verna Petrol 1.6L DOHC block.

There are no plans of Hyundai i20 to be launch in Diesel but Hyundai i10 and Hyundai i20 with diesel engine is expected soon by mid of 2009 as both the engines 1.1L CRDi engine for Hyundai i10 and 1.4L CRDi engine for Hyundai i20 are under testing conditions in India as the driving, diesel quality and climate conditions are very much different from Europe where Hyundai i20 is already been launched in 1.2L Petrol and 1.4L CRDi VGT.
